What a beautiful city! Singapore is full of friendly people, wonderful food, and amazing sights. My week there was a thrilling experience, and I highly recommend it.

One of the reasons I wanted to visit New Orleans is this little guy. I have been following Roux’s story since I heard his mom was expecting twins last year. (Obviously, I was excited about the possibility of photographing rare orangutan twins!) Unfortunately, his twin didn’t survive, and Roux had a rough first few months. It was amazing to see how the zoo took such good care of him and how he progressed until he was reunited with his mom and the rest of his family. He is doing well at 8 months old, and it made my heart happy to finally see him. 💕 Isn’t he precious?! 🙂

A week in the Caribbean is always a great idea! Anguilla is an island paradise tucked into the British West Indies near Saint Martin. The crystal-clear water is spectacular shades of blue, the people are friendly and welcoming, the Rum Punch is unbeatable, and the food is great! Sun, sand, and relaxation … does it get any better?! ❤️🏝🥂

Bonjour de Paris! 😀 It feels so good to travel the world again! And Paris is one of my favorite cities. I could see the sunrise behind the Eiffel Tower from my hotel room, and I specifically looked for some other special views around town to photograph the Eiffel Tower at sunrise or sunset. The lovely rooftop view was from a great hotel bar where I enjoyed a fabulous glass of Champagne, and the Louvre is best enjoyed over a fabulous lunch at Cafe Marley. I am already dreaming of my next trip to this amazing city. ❤

It is Cherry Blossom season, and the blooms in Washington, D.C., are stunning! 🌸 I have been trying to make a trip to photograph the blossoms for several years (without success due to weather and COVID-19), and was thrilled to see them in full bloom this year!

I love this city! Walking through the halls of government buildings, standing in front of the original Declaration of Independence, a moment in silence in front of the magnificent memorials … all of it together makes a place where it truly sinks in what it means to be an American. I have so much pride in our country. 😀
