Meet the newest addition to the Dallas Zoo! Kalo was born October 30 and just made her debut to the public. Isn’t she adorable?! And Biopelo is such a good mom. 🦛❤️ 🦛

More babies arrived at the Fort Worth Zoo on November 6! Bruno was born to Western Lowland Gorillas Gracie and Elmo, and Watson was welcomed enthusiastically to the giraffe herd. What cuties! 🦍❤️🦒

One of the reasons I wanted to visit New Orleans is this little guy. I have been following Roux’s story since I heard his mom was expecting twins last year. (Obviously, I was excited about the possibility of photographing rare orangutan twins!) Unfortunately, his twin didn’t survive, and Roux had a rough first few months. It was amazing to see how the zoo took such good care of him and how he progressed until he was reunited with his mom and the rest of his family. He is doing well at 8 months old, and it made my heart happy to finally see him. 💕 Isn’t he precious?! 🙂
